A/ DeltAmigos is Banco Delta’s Referral Program, with which your customers can earn extra money without leaving your business and help other entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
A/ All Banco Delta customers who have a credit product and who are active and up to date on their loan payments can become DeltAmigos.
A/ There is no cost to become a member of DeltAmigos, you just need to sign up at any of our agencies or branches.
It should be noted that this program is reserved exclusively for Banco Delta credit customers.
R/ Becoming a DeltAmigos is easy! All you have to do is sign up for free, filling out the forms that you will find in our Branches and Loan Centers.
Once registered, you will be able to start referring clients!
A/ Referring a customer is easy; just provide us with your referral’s information and we will contact you.
A/ In order for us to contact your referral, you must provide us with at least: full name and contact telephone number of the person.
A/ You may provide your referral’s information through the following channels:
A/ Your referrals can purchase any product they wish, but for the moment only referrals who purchase one or more of the following products will be paid:
R/ Referring to a friend you:
A/ Initially you will know through your referral, but you will also know when we call you to let you know that your payment is ready.
A/ You can inquire about the program at any of our agencies or branches or by calling the DeltAmigos line (340-0018).

A/ You should be receiving payment for each referral who obtained credit within 10 business days after the customer’s credit was disbursed.
A/ Payments will be made through your Delta Bank Savings account, so that you can use your money immediately.
A/ Since payments will only be made in this way, we urge you to open your Savings account with us.
A/ No, the fact that you have referred a customer who subsequently fails to make payments does not affect your relationship with the Bank in any way.
A/ The best thing about this program is that you don’t have to go out and look for clients to start making money! You can refer your friends, family, neighbors and customers who have a business today.
A/ Please note that only referrals who obtain their credit with Banco Delta are paid.
A/ Banco Delta’s specialty is serving the financial needs of micro and small business entrepreneurs.
To improve the chances that your referral will be subject to credit, you can be guided by the following parameters:
A/ We are very grateful for the trust you have placed in us by recommending us to your friends prior to the launch of the Program; however, we will only be able to pay the referrals sent by a DeltAmigo duly registered in the program, who have obtained loans since the launch of the Program and who have been sent according to the Program’s regulations.
